Safe location, clean rooms, excellent restaurant service/food quality, polite service staff, comfortable rooms.
When I made the reservation it said there was a jacuzzi and free breakfast, but when I arrived I learned that this was not true. No jacuzzi, no free breakfast-had to pay, and you even have to pay to use the computer with internet. There is not even free coffee... Never been to a hotel this expensive that does not even include free coffee... Furthermore, the staff undercharged me by accident for my room and then made me pay the difference at the end... Unbelievable. Rated it an 8 because overall a nice hotel but strange business practices-guess I'm just a spoiled tourist from the USA.
I enjoyed the reliability of the hotel staff, the safety, tranquility, space and air co of the room. They also arranged fine taxi driver (important in Ciudad de Mexico) and I will be most happy to return. It is a rather small hotel, that has a charm of it's own, a fine kitchen and a good and economically attractive alternative if you are looking for something else than the Sheraton or so.
The Staff. The location.
The coffee is not very good. Coffee in the morning is very important and worldwide guests appreciate and desire first-class coffee. Internet is free in most hotels these days. The TV programming could offer more choices.
Easy to reach the city centre, close to Zona Rosa with nice restaurants and bars, walking distance to Reforma, cheap and comfortable, we spent only our sleeping hours there so no problems at all
If you like the 1960's feeling you will love this place...they charge you before every night (?) without telling you so make sure you tell them at check in if you want to pay in advance or at check out! otherwize ok for a small budget city hotel!
Clean hotel, outstandingly courteous and helpful staff (the best point), safe, central city location and easy access to everything in the city
very well locatted.
big noise when using bathroom.
It was clean
Yes, they made you pay to use their internet. The taxi from the hotel was 5 times more expensive than getting one at the corner. They had no English CNN or sports. The TV was from the 60s. No wash cloth in the bathroom. That's plenty.
Quite clean, big room, good ventilation, smell good, hotel is clean, stuff is good. price not bad
nothing, nice hotel!!!
Pleasant staff, comfortable room, good restaurant.
My stay was too short!
The hotel was clean and the staff helpful but I thought I.d be closer to the Zona Rosa, walking distance, it was fine for a transit stop.
Buena atencion, servico a cuartos excelente. amables. buen precio. megusto
